Chad Finchum Continues Momentum With Top 20 in Cali

Fontana, California (02/29/20) - Chad Finchum continued his momentum to start the 2020 NASCAR Xfinity Series season on Saturday by racing to another Top-20 finish. His latest fast performance came at Auto Club Speedway during the Production Club 300.

Chad hit the ground running by qualifying 27th fastest on the grid in his MBM Motorsports No. 13 Garrison Homes/ Toyota.

He then went on to race in the front half for much of the 150-lap affair before crossing the finish line in the 20th position.

"We were very fast off the trailer, which put us 17th on the board in the first practice. We were so good that we didn't even go out for the second practice because we wanted to save the car. We had a good car here last year, but a mechanical failure knocked us out," Finchum shared. "This year we were able to put everything together and come away with a 20th-place finish. I couldn't be more pleased with how this year is starting for our team, and I can't wait until Phoenix next week."
