Top-25 Performance for Chad Finchum at Daytona

Daytona Beach, Florida (08/28/20) - After running as high as the 11th position in Stage 2 of the Wawa 250 powered by Coca-Cola on Friday night at Daytona International Speedway, Chad Finchum experienced a mechanical failure under the hood of his RoofClaim.com No. 13 MBM Motorsports Toyota in the closing laps.

The issue resulted in a 25th-place finish for the Tennessee racer in the NASCAR Xfinity Series event.

"We started 25th and drove our way into the lead pack early in the event. We stayed in the Top 15 all race and even finished Stage 2 in the 11th position. Unfortunately, we had a mechanical failure on our No. 13 with about 25 laps remaining, and that ended our outing," Finchum said. "I had a lot of fun and loved rocking the RoofClaim.com colors. We will bounce back at Darlington next week."
