Chad Finchum Charges to 24th-Place Finish at Chicagoland

Joliet, Illinois (06/29/19) - Chad Finchum trekked to the Land of Lincoln over the weekend, where he took his NLB Heating & Air No. 42 MBM Motorsports/ Ryan's Collision Service Toyota Supra into battle at Chicagoland Speedway.

Chad started 26th on the grid for the Camping World 300, but severe handling issues during the first stage pushed him as far back as the 35th position.

Despite the handling difficulties, the MBM Motorsports team dug deep to get the car tuned to Chad's liking.

He advanced to the 30th spot by the end of Stage 2, and during the final stage he initially raced to a 25th-place finish. However, with another driver being disqualified in post race, technical inspection, Finchum was advanced to a 24th-place finish.
