Chad Finchum's New Hampshire Hustle Slowed by Brake Issues

Loudon, New Hampshire (07/21/19) - Chad Finchum's promising outing on Saturday afternoon in the Roxor 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in his Liquid I.V./ Smithbilt Homes No. 42 MBM Motorsports/ Cairn Consulting Amana Brand Heating & Air Conditioning Toyota Supra was derailed by brake issues during the race's mid stages.

"We hit the ground running by claiming the 22nd-starting spot via our qualifying effort. Then we were fast during the first stage, and ended it in the 20th position. Unfortunately, shortly after that the gremlins found us again, Finchum said. "The brake pedal just went to the floor, so we had to go behind the wall to the garage. We repaired the issue, but rejoined the field several laps down. It was another tough deal, but hey that's just how racing can go."

After rejoining the field in the 33rd position, Finchum managed to salvage a 30th-place finish.
