Engine Issues Sideline Chad Finchum Early in 2019 Finale

Homestead, Florida (11/16/19) - Chad Finchum was hoping to end the 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series on a high note on Saturday evening at Miami-Homestead Speedway. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be as engine woes sidelined the driver of the MBM Motorsports No. 61 Amana Brand Heating & Air No. 13 Smithbilt Homes/ Toyota Supra on lap 53 of the 200-lap affair.

"Just disappointed that's all I can say. We qualified 29th on the grid, and we were moving through the field early in the race. I really think we had a shot at a Top-15 run, but the engine let go of us just after lap 50," Finchum said. "Obviously it wasn't the way we wanted to end the year, but I'm still proud of the effor that this team gave all season. I also want to say a very special thank you to each-and-every sponsor who supported this team in 2019. We're already getting geared up for 2020."
