Chad Finchum Enjoys Strong Run at Richmond

Richmond, Virginia (09/20/19) - The GoBowling 250 brought Chad Finchum to Richmond Raceway (Richmond, Virginia) in his MBM Motorsports No. 61 Toyota Supra.

The team hit the ground running on Friday afternoon by registering the 20th fastest time in NASCAR Xfinity Series qualifying.

Chad ended the first stage in the 22nd position as the team made minor tweaks on Finchum's ride. During the second stage the car experienced some handling issues, which resulted in Chad wrapping up the stage in the 26th positions.

After making major adjustments to the car for the third-and-final stage, the team ultimately registered a 26th-place finish.

"This run was exactly what the doctor ordered for our team," Finchum said. "I'm so proud of what we were able to accomplish at Richmond. Hopefully we can make some big noise at Charlotte next week."
