Chad Finishes Second at Newport Speedway Friday Night

After four top-four finishes in his Late Model career, including a victory a few weeks back, Chad Finchum headed to Newport Speedway (TN) on Friday, October 15th, to race in his fifth Limited Sportsman event.  After starting from the pole, Finchum led the first third of the race before dropping back to third to settle in and log laps during the 75-lap event.  Finchum moved up to second, and then was looking for the lead once again when he experienced brake issues.  He was still able to hang on for a second-place finish.
